Application Rare Disease Summer School

Application procedure

By applying, you agree that ITINERARE collects and processes your personal data to the extent that is required for the successful realisation of the event.

Please note that it is not possible to book single days or modules. One can only apply for the whole Summer School.

Please provide an abstact (max. 250 words), a motivation letter, a recommendation letter and a short CV including picture.

We recommend staying at Kartause Ittingen for the full duration of the summer school. If you require accommodation before the summer school begins, please organise this yourself.

Additional Information

Registration fee (non-refundable)

PhD students: CHF 250
Academia and clinics: CHF 350
Industry: CHF 500

Included: coffee breaks and meals as well as social activities.
Not included: accomodation (needs to be paid in advance) and travelling.

Payment information

The payment of the registration fee and accomodation becomes due upon notification of acceptance. Participation is guaranteed only when the full payment of the amount due is received by May 31st 2026.
