Included: coffee breaks and meals as well as social activities.
Not included: accomodation (needs to be paid in advance) and travelling.

The payment of the registration fee and accomodation becomes due upon notification of acceptance. Participation is guaranteed only when the full payment of the amount due is received by June 9^th 2024.
